SKYPORT PREPARES TO MOVE — December 2007
To better serve their clients and respond to their developmental needs, SKYPORT will relocate in March 2008. With a long term lease already signed, SKYPORT will be newly situated at 400, rue Michel-Jasmin in Dorval, which is in close proximity to the current address. The new establishment, including the administrative offices, the garage with service center and parking lot are all modern and very functional, reflecting the image and reputation of SKYPORT. Mr. André Marcoux, President of Gestion André Marcoux Ltee, is proud to have received an enterprise as prestigious as Skyport in his establishment.
SKYPORT ANNOUNCES TWO PROMOTIONS — December 2007
With the objective of developing their charter transportation division, SKYPORT announces the promotion of Mr. John Calce as Director of Charter Services, taking effect as of January 1st 2008. Mr. Calce has over 25 years experience in the transportation industry as well as occupying the position of Director at Autocar Connaisseur and Autocar Preference. Mr. Calce joined SKYPORT in 2002 with the objective of developing this core division of the enterprise.
SKYPORT also announces the promotion of Mr. Luc Leclerc as Director of Operations, also taking effect as of January 1st 2008. Mr. Leclerc, also a veteran of the industry, has occupied several management positions at the operations level, within respected companies such as Voyageur, Limocar and Groupe Gaudreault. Mr. Leclerc joined SKYPORT in 2007. Mr. Leclerc is responsible for all operational aspects within the company, as well as the garage, dispatch and drivers.

OPERATION A380 WITH AIRBUS AND AIR France — November 2007
SKYPORT is proud to have participated in the A380 operation, when the current largest airplane in the world landed in Montreal from the 12th to the 15th of November 2007. The Montreal Pierre-Elliott- Trudeau International airport is the first Canadian airport to accommodate this large carrier AIRBUS A380 with passengers onboard. In collaboration with Air France, this large, media frenzied event was a huge success and marked a page in the history of Canadian civil aviation. Air France Station Manager, Mr. Marc Lachapelle, took the opportunity to highlight the strong partnership between Air France and the participation of SKYPORT as per the logistic aspect of operation A380.

CAPITAL DRACO INC. announces their complete ownership of SKYPORT, specialists in airport services originally founded over 25 years ago by Mr. Ian Smith. Mr. Adrien D. Pouliot, President and Director of DRACO, brings with him his business developmental expertise as well as the ongoing expansion of the enterprise. The management team remains the same, with Mr. Ian Smith as Vice-President, Business Affairs and Mrs. Robin Smith as Vice-President of Sales.

SKYPORT has renewed their exclusive transportation license between the Montreal Trudeau airport and the region of Mont Tremblant. This long term agreement permits SKYPORT to maintain and offer the best service to their clients. The General Manager of SKYPORT, Mr. Mario Couture, would like to extend his gratitude to SKYPORT’s partners, such as Aéroports de Montréal, Intrawest and Tourisme Tremblant, in which an excellent relationship has been developed and maintained throughout the years.

SKYPORT announces a long term agreement with TOURS SOLAZUR and VOYAGES A RABAIS, the two most important agencies in Quebec specializing in motor coach packaged tours with several destinations including the eastern United States. This agreement allows SKYPORT to offer luxurious motor coaches in order to respond to their needs throughout the year.
