What if my flight is late?

In case of late flight arrival, our drivers are advised through direct airline contacts. We monitor incoming flights and try to make appropriate adjustments to the delays. Flights are sometimes delayed indefinitely or even cancelled. In these cases, please call us and keep us updated and we will try to accommodate you to the best of our abilities.

Is the bus/motor coach equipped with handicapped/disabled persons facilities?

In case of a particular handicap, it is advisable to inform us in advance so we may take all measures necessary to make your trip as pleasant and comfortable as possible.

What if I need to modify reservations?

In case of change of plans, we should be advised at least 72 hours in advance so as to reschedule your trip accordingly. We will look at viable solutions to facilitate your ground transfers and ensure you are completely satisfied with arrangements made.

Is my group/association entitled to special prices?

For large groups and senior citizens endeavours, we do our utmost to meet budget expectations and specific needs. Do not hesitate to contact us and see what we can do for you or your group on a short term and long term basis.

Upon arrival at the airport, how do I locate Skyport?

For Charter services please use the beige phones which are available on both arrivals levels (international and domestic) of the Montreal PET airport, located under the Passenger Charter Services signage. Please pick up this phone and advise the airport dispatcher that you are waiting for a pickup from Skyport, in which your vehicle will then be dispatched. This is a direct call; there is no phone number to dial.

Are smoking and drinking allowed in the vehicles?

For the health and safety of the passengers, it is forbidden to smoke in the bus. The consumption of alcohol is generally not allowed.

Is there a baggage limit on the buses?

It is preferable to check in advance for all overweight and oversize baggage. Extra charges may apply.

Can we tip the drivers?

Yes and tips are at the passengers' discretion.

How do I leave my comments or make a complaint regarding service received?

Customer satisfaction is SKYPORT's main priority. Any complaints can be forwarded to our administrative office (see "Contact Us").
